Call for volunteers
Students are invited to participate in the ECAI2020 Student Volunteer Program. Volunteers get a free student registration at the conference. Any full-time university student, at any level, may apply to participate, whether or not they are presenting a paper. However, priority will be given to those students that participate in any of the Mentoring and Communication for Starting Researchers activities (STAIRS, DC, 3MT, etc.).
Student volunteers will provide support for various activities at ECAI (e.g. registration desk, technical assistance during presentations, etc.). Keep in mind that student volunteers are expected to work a maximum of 20 hours and attend the conference from its start to close (August 29 – September 2, 2020).
If you are willing to apply, you are welcome to send an e-mail to student-volunteers@ecai2020.eu, including:
- Your full name.
- PhD/master/undergraduate studies you are enrolled in (level, course, institution).
- The Mentoring and Communication for Starting Researchers activities you are planning to attend.
- If applicable, the title, list of authors and id of your accepted/submitted paper at any ECAI event.
Applications are due by March, 2 (11:59PM UTC-12)
Final Decisions will be communicated by May, 15.
